  • Price includes breakfast, WI-FI, unlimited drinking water and beach towels.
  • A $200 deposit is payable when booking is made to our bank account in Indonesia. The rest is payable at the house in cash only.
  • We accept IDR, USD, EUROS or BRITISH POUNDS.
  • We do not accept PayPal. If you wish to pay by card, you can do so at our shop with a bank charge 2.5%.
  • The rest is payable at the house in cash only or a bank transfer before your stay.
  • We recommend Wise to send any funds reliably and at a good rate.

Terms & Conditions

  • A minimum of two night booking is required during high season.
  • Arrival/Check-In time – after 12:00pm.
  • Depart/Check-Out time – by 09:30am.

Cancellation Policy

  • We have a strict cancellation policy and do not refund deposits or payment.

If you choose to shorten your stay after arrival, you are liable for payment in full of original booking.
